Insurance, Fees, and Payment

• I am only an in-network provider with Lyra EAP.
• If you would like to use a different insurance, please note that I will give you a receipt (called a Superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.  If you would like to pay out of pocket and not get reimbursed, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.  Anyone can request a Good Faith Estimate.  Here is information on Your Rights and Protections Against Surprise Medical Bills.
• I accept payment in the form of cash, checks, and Zelle Pay.
• It is always your choice if you want to use insurance or pay out of pocket.  There are pros and cons to each, and I am happy to speak with you about this further so you can make an informed decision for yourself and/or your family.
• Please note that 60min individual psychotherapy sessions are billed at $200/hour, and the initial intake session is $260/hour.  All other common fees are here.
